Project Description

The Corporate and Community Affairs Department (CCAD) is responsible in providing corporate services to the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC) in carrying out its functions. With the expanding expectations and diverse work requirements of ASEC, CCAD must enhance its capacity and strengthen its services to better serve ASEAN in a more streamlined and efficient manner.

Continuous learning and development are therefore crucial to enhance the capacity of CCAD staff, particularly in terms of their proficiency,competencies and talent retention. Staff at CCAD are required to keep abreast of the latest standards and best practices in their respective areas.

The project funded by AKCF aims at supporting a three-year continuous and comprehensive learning and development program to address the skills gap and equip CCAD staff with latest developments. This will help CCAD staff remain current with the latest standards and best practices in their respective areas.
